One tear shed is better than holding several back. Shedding tears is reorganizing the depth of our soul; more like a detoxification resettling circumstances which caused an emotional roller coaster within. We’ll always have hurt, pain, sorrow, and more. I’d rather shed one tear at a time than crying a river which overflows into the sea, from the sea to the ocean, and then back to us. Let it go, so you can flow with the joy flowing within through your bones back to your heart.
Man can’t give us anything but temporary happiness with more pain and sorrow; it’s the spring of living water that keeps joy flowing back and forth like the river. While crying our river of tears we must remember the joy of living water flows within.
“Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.”
